Due to popular demand, we recently launched Merchant Inns Out (MIO) which provides sensational outdoor and indoor event catering for weddings, corporate events and private parties.

MIO's Managing Director is Steve Holland, who before joining the Merchant Inns family worked for Heston Blumenthal as his Operations Director at the Hinds Head. Prior to that he organised the catering for major events such as the Brits.

Rob Clayton, Merchant Inns’ group executive Michelin-starred chef oversees the food, with a big focus on using locally sourced fresh produce. Naturally inspired by food, drink and great service, the team at MIO aim to complement any function with a fun yet dedicated approach giving a seamless experience.
